From this menu you can view user names, reset user passwords, lock the user and delete the user from the system. Please note that deleting the user name does not delete the staff /teachers from the system.
To do this, follow the instructions below:

6.1 Reset Password

6.1.1Once you have logged into RTOmanager,
Click Users as shown in figure 6.1a. By default you will arrive at the 'Manage User Account' sub menu, list of all user names appears as shown in figure below.

To view the user's list as per certain criteria, select Search By criteria from the drop down menu as shown above in figure 6.1a and click .
6.1.2Find the user name whose password you want to reset for e.g. 123 as shown above in figure 6.1a.
6.1.3Click icon shown above in figure 6.1a. A pop up box appears as shown in figure 6.1b.

6.2 Lock User

From this menu you can lock the users temporarily from gaining access to the RTOmanager system. Users will not be able to login until and unless the users are unlocked (i.e. enabled).
To understand this, follow the instructions below:
6.2.1 Once you have logged into RTOmanager,
Click Users as shown in figure 6.2a. By default you will arrive at the 'Manage User Account' sub menu, list of all user names appears as shown in figure below.

6.2.2Find the user who you want to lock for e.g. 061STU20100011 as shown in figure 6.2a.

To view the user's list as per certain criteria, select Search By criteria from the drop down menu as shown within red boxed area in figure 6.2a and click .
6.2.3Click Image Modified icon as indicated by red arrow shown above in figure 6.2a. The selected user 061STU20100011 will be locked as shown in figure 6.2b. Please observe that the Account Locked status is ticked now and lock icon is open as shown within red boxed area in figure 6.2b.

Please note that the status of the lock icon as shown in figure is opened ( ). This means you can again unlock the user by clicking icon.

6.3 Delete User

From this menu you can delete the user from the system.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
6.3.1 Once you have logged into RTOmanager,
Click Users as shown in figure 6.2a. By default you will arrive at the 'Manage User Account' sub menu, list of all user names appears as shown in figure below.

6.2.2Find the user who you want to delete for e.g. 061STU20100011 as shown in figure 6.3a.

To view the user's list as per certain criteria, select Search By criteria from the drop down menu as shown within red boxed area in figure 6.3a and click .
6.2.3Click Image Modified icon as indicated by the red arrow shown above in figure 6.3a to delete user 061STU20100011. A pop up message appears to confirm the deletion as shown in figure 6.3b

6.2.4Finally click . A message in green as shown in figure 6.3c confirms the deletion.

You can also delete Accounts by 'Bulk', by simply clicking the checkbox of the users you wish to delete then click on this icon as indicated by the red arrow in the below figure 6.3d.

6.4 Manage Bulk Student Users

From this menu you can enable or disable students account in bulk instead of doing individually from each of their individual profile.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
6.4.1 Once you are logged in to RTOmanager Local,
Click Users>Manage Bulk Student User as in figure 6.4a.

6.4.2 Select the criteria as how you want to manage the user in figure 6.4a.Your figure should now appear as shown in figure 6.4b after selection.

6.4.3 Finally click in figure 6.4b. Action result as indicated by red box in figure 6.4c display that the selected student accounts are now disabled.

If you would like to enable 'Student Accounts', simply select under the 'Search Criteria' and repeat the same process as above. When student is enabled you page should look like the one below in figure 6.4d.

6.5 Bulk Client User Account

From this menu you can create user account in bulk by selecting more than one student in the list. This will save your time and money because if you do not create users in bulk then you will have to go to individual student and create account individually.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
6.5.1 Once you have logged in to RTOmanager Local,
Click Users>Bulk Client User Account as in figure 6.5a.

6.5.2 Select your criteria in figure 6.5a to display the student list. After selection, figure 6.5a should now appear as shown in figure 6.5b.

Tip: 'Set password format' as highlighted in red box above in figure 6.5b, allows you to specify a password for the selected students you wish to create user accounts for, or you can choose to automatically be set to their DOB or username. Simply select your option from the drop down menu.
6.5.3Select the students by ticking the check box as shown below in figure 6.5c and click . You will receive a message in green saying User Account-created successfully as shown in figure 6.5d.
