53Recognition of Current Competency (RCC)Client has previously successfully completed the requirements for a unit of competency or module and is now required to be reassessed to ensure that the competence is being maintained.

This code must not be used to report unit enrolments that are undergoing RPL assessment process.

90no longer valid

The Outcome Identifier National code “90” is no longer a valid code, and will result in an error in the AVETMISS Validation Software (AVS). This means you cannot pass validation using the outcome identifier “90” and will need to replace all records that contain this data with the “70 - continuing enrolment” outcome code.


Previously: This code must not be used to report unit enrolments that are undergoing RPL assessment process.Used to indicate that a student is expected to complete the unit in the current calendar year. The student may or may not have commenced the unit. It is a temporary code for use during the teaching year. It is not valid and must not appear in the final submission for the collection year.
