Overview

This is an optional module that can be used to import the results from an Excel file into the Meshed Platform. This functionality empowers users to efficiently import Assessment Results or Subject Outcomes in bulk, utilising dedicated Excel templates. This feature is accessible from both the Staff and Teacher Portals.

Process

• Download the Excel template from the Meshed Platform (blank template with column headers OR template with data based on selected semester, term, subject, and class).
• Update the results and comments in the Excel template.
• Upload the filled Excel template in the Meshed Platform.
• The system will import the assessment results in the Trask Results Entry page (for assessment result import), OR subject final outcome in the Student Subject Enrolment Page (for subject result import).
• Rectify any issue (if any) based on the error message.
