Reports Overview

A new "Report Overview" feature has been added to the Staff default homepage. This page can also be accessed via the "Reports" menu.

With this feature, staff members with report access can view all authorized reports in a list format, organized by selected categories. The list displayed is governed by report user role access settings, configured in Admin > Manage Report. Each report listed is hyperlinked to the "Generate Reports" page for that specific report, allowing users to easily navigate and generate the desired reports by clicking on the report name.

Manage Course Display

The "Manage Course Display" feature allows users to configure which columns are displayed on the public portal. An icon for this feature will be available on the Course page, alongside the "Add New Course" icon. By accessing the dialogue box, users can select column names to hide from the public portal's "Course Information" page by ticking the checkboxes and saving the setup. This feature is available upon request and is accessible exclusively to users with SAdmin or Admin roles.

Communication > Send Email to Student

In the Student Email feature, users have the capability to send attachments from the student directory (Student profiled > Upload) using the Additional Attachments option. With the recent enhancement, all files are now sorted based on their last modified time. Additionally, a date and time stamp has been added in brackets next to each file, allowing end users to easily read and make informed decisions

Academic Progress > Task entry

The Timetable Extend feature has been enhanced across all platforms to provide greater flexibility in setting assessment due dates. Previously, assessment due dates could only be set within the Attendance Duration/Class Period up until the Semester End Date. With this enhancement, assessment due dates can now be set based on the Academic Week Range, allowing any date within the Batch period up until the Semester End Date to be valid.

Reports

TCSI-related reports for HigherEd and VSL clients are updated to facilitate user understanding.

·        The report name "Student Course list for pending TCSI Student Information"is updated to Student list with TCSI student information not added.

·        The report name "Student Course list for pending TCSI Student Course Information" is updated to Student list with TCSI student course information not added

Report descriptions are updated as below:

·        Student list with TCSI student course information not added---- List of students where TCSI student course information is not yet added having intake date between the selected date range.

·        Student list with TCSI student information not added----- List of students where TCSI student information is not yet added having intake date between the selected date range.

·        Missing Mandatory TCSI Student and Course information------ Student list where TCSI student and course information is recorded but one or more mandatory fields are missing.
