RTOManager is an innovative enterprise management system designed for RTOs, colleges and universities that cater for international and domestic students. Our online, user-friendly solution integrates every element of the business from student management to CRM and even e-learning tools. It is designed to manage the courses, class timetable, enrolments, delivery and tracking of all applicants from agents to your college. It allows you to can see view enrolment reports, access student results, view training plans and of course track completion as well as track course  completion which can all be exported in to into reports.

RTOManager is a smart integration of several important modules that deliver an opportunity to rationalise the day-to-day college operations. This includes departmental portals for RTO management depending on roles e.g. Administrators, Students services, Director of Studies (DOS)/ Academic Managers and finance as well access to relevant portals for students, teachers and agents.  Image Removed

RTOManager follows your college's important business processes and effectively streamlining each functionalities make each process easy to manage.

Logging in to your system

• On your web browser, type in the URL https://yourcollege.rtomanager.com.au.
• Enter your User name and password and click Login.

Note: Password is case sensitive. Please ensure you do not have your caps lock on.

Forgot your password

There is a link on the top right hand side of the page. You may be asked to answer your security question and the system will send a link to you email which contains your new password.

Security Question and Answer

Security question and answer will help you to recover/remember your password in case you forget your password.  It is important to keep your security question and answer safe, secure and simple. To reset your security question and answer, follow the instructions below:

• Log in to your RTO Manager, Click Home > Change password.
• Enter your current password, security question and answer as show on the red boxed area below.

• Click Reset. Your security question and answer will be reset and confirmation message “Security Question & answer has been reset successfully” will be displayed.
