Q1, 2024 Plan

Enhancements

  1. Attendance Feature optimization

  2. Enhancement of Application feature:

  • Make the overseas/permanent address mandatory for onshore or offshore overseas students. This is as per compliance requirement.

  • Make previous qualification history required fields in step 2 of the application

  • In Application step 3, add a new question to capture the information on commencing program cohort identifiers. This is only applicable for VET courses in Victorian location for course start date 2023 onwards.

  • Agent Commission feature enhancement to show the Agent Commission for the invoice created automatically based on the commission of the agent that is set as per the semester

  1. Scholarship feature enhancement: Scholarship feature enhancement will cover following tasks:

  • For one student, the system should allow setting up a scholarship in ONE FORMAT ONLY. Once one option is selected, the other options MUST be disabled (grayed out) from the interface.

  • Add validation when adding “Scholarship Rate”. Currently, the system allows adding more than 100% scholarships per semester.

  • Separate Invoice Number for each Subject” option: Update the interface to display an additional column to show the scholarship amount applies for each subject invoice. The scholarship amount will be a calculated value and cannot be edited by the user

  • Separate Installment for each Subject with one Invoice Number” option: Update the interface to display an additional column and show the scholarship amount applies for each subject invoice. The scholarship amount will be a calculated value and cannot be edited by the user

  • Update the “Student Scholarship” page to display the scholarship setup recorded for the student. This is for the user’s information purpose ONLY

  • Update the " Student Payment Summary Page" page to display the scholarship

  • Update the "Paid Payment" table to add a new icon to allow the user to "Reset" the scholarship if they want to refund the paid transaction.

  • Add a new log called “Scholarship_Log” to track the scholarship activities.

 4. TCSI Feature enhancement:

  • Update CHESSN number in student records after reporting data to TCSI

  • Do not show data related to inactive course in TCSI reporting module

  • Update TCSI codes in Citizen resident Code, Course of Study Type Code, Student Status Code, Maximum Student Contribution Code as per the new code addition by TCSI

New Features 

  1. Meshed API Design-Phase 1: Phase 1 of Meshed API will cover API end points for following scenarios:

  • Push completed student Data from Marketing/Agent Management/Admission CRM to Meshed platform (both offer and Student section)

  • Course Enrolment push to external system (example: Avature) from Meshed System.

  • Push subject enrolment (and related data like timetable, class, batch) to external system (example:  Moodle, canvas, open learning)

  • Pull Subject outcome from external system.

Enhancements 

  1. Add new requisite type Multi Group requisite: This new requisite will need to solve specific scenario where number of subjects must be from specific group such as Accounting, Marketing etc.

  2. Dashboard feature enhancement:

  • Tabular/Detail view of graph data

  • Bulb icon to provide information of each graph.

 New Features 

  1. Open Learning Integration: Meshed Group has partnered with leading LMS provider Open Learning. Meshed Platform will be integrated with Open Learning LMS system for seamless interchange of student data between two systems

  2. Vsure Integration: Vsure is a service provider to check the validity of student visa. Meshed platform will be integrated with Vsure

  3. eSignature Integration

Enhancements

  1. eCAF enhancement: eCAF enhancement will be done to support new mandatory field “Academic Suitability” for all FEE-HELP/HECS-HELP and VSL students

  2. TCSI enhancement:

  • TCSI feature will be enhanced to support EFTSL logic for exemption students

  • In TCSI reporting page, a new sub tab will be added for the users to setup “Reportable course Status”

  • TCSI design updates

  1. Xero Integration enhancement:

  • Xero Integration will be enhanced to create a feature to push different tax rates based on the tax types specified under the chart of accounts

  • Xero Integration enhancement: Support Agent Commission & Scholarships

 New Features

  1. Payrix Integration: Payrix provides secure and flexible way for customers to make payments. Meshed Platform will be integrated with payment gateway Payrix to allow students to pay their invoices via Payrix

  2. Stripe Integration: Stripe is a secured payment processing platform that allows businesses to accept payments from customers through their website. Meshed Platform will be integrated with Stripe to allow students to pay their invoices via Stripe 

  3. PRISMS API integration: Department of education is planning to release PRISMS API to manage the issue of Confirmation of Enrolments (COEs). Meshed Platform will be integrated with PRISMS API to allow organizational users to handle COE creation

  4. My eQuals Integration Phase 1:My eQuals is a tertiary credentials platforms adopted by all universities across Australia. It guarantees the integrity and authenticity of student’s digital documents by providing digitally certified documents. Meshed platform will be integrated with My eQuals to facilitate issuing, verification, and maintenance of authentic, tamper-evident, and legally valid certificates. The integration will be helpful in viewing, sharing and verifying tertiary credentials. In phase 1, certificate templates from meshed platform will be pushed to My eQuals platform.
