The "Bulk Import Timetable" optional solution in the Meshed Platform can significantly simplify the process of creating manual class timetables in the system. This feature allows the user to efficiently bulk import class timetables using a predefined CSV file.

Functionality

The Bulk Import Timetable feature enables bulk import of class timetables into the system through the utilisation of a CSV file containing requisite data.

Users will be able to download a predefined CSV file from the system and data MUST be recorded as per the prescribed format. Upon uploading of the completed CSV file, the system will then analyse the data for validation and create the class timetables automatically.

This feature can save a significant amount of time for users, who would otherwise have to manually input each individual subject and class details into the system.

The Bulk Import Timetable feature is especially useful for institutions that have a large number of students and classes, as it can help streamline the process of creating and managing timetables.
