Student Record Management 

  • Easily create or locate student records in PRISMS using the Meshed Platform. 

Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) Management

  • Generate and approve Applicant CoEs in PRISMS easily via the Meshed Platform.

  • Download CoE certificates from PRISMS directly into the Meshed Platform for easy access and record-keeping.

  • Cancel Applicant CoEs in PRISMS directly from the Meshed Platform when necessary. 

Information Management 

  • Venue Management: Associate Meshed Platform venues with CRICOS-registered locations in PRISMS.

Availability 

  • Meshed Platform Users: This integration is available exclusively to existing clients using either the Meshed Higher-Ed or Meshed RTOManager platforms. Clients must be registered with the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS), have access to the PRISMS API service, and provide the required PRISMS login credentials and related information to facilitate the integration.

  • Deployment Timeline: Designed for quick deployment with minimal disruption, backed by dedicated support from Meshed Platform specialists.

  • Compatibility: Fully optimised for all CRICOS-registered education providers. 

Security and Compliance 

  • Data Privacy: Fully compliant with the Australian Privacy Act and other relevant regulations to safeguard sensitive student information.

  • Meshed Platform Access Control: Role-based access control within the Meshed Platform ensures that only authorised users can access PRISMS-related functions.

  • PRISMS Security: PRISMS user roles, including CoE Administrator, CoE Creator, and Reporting Access, as well as PRISMS authentication, are managed independently from the Meshed Platform. This separation enforces stringent authentication policies and ensures role-specific access to sensitive data, maintaining security and compliance.
