Enhancement and Improvements Details

Interface

Overview: The latest update introduces enhancements to the application header and portal functionalities, aimed at improving user experience and accessibility.

Key Changes:

  1. Support Icon Update:

  • New Name: The Help icon has been renamed to Support.

  • Enhanced Access: Provides quick access to various support features, including:

a) Online User Guide

b) New Releases

c) Log a Ticket

d) How to Log a Ticket

  • User Guides: Agents and Students can access their respective user guides directly from the Support icon.

  1. Login/Logout Button Update:

  • Uniform Design: The login/logout buttons have been updated with a consistent icon design across all portals (teacher, agent, employer, student).

  • Dropdown Options: Each portal now displays only relevant options in the dropdown menu:

a) Staff, Teacher, Agent Portals: Options like "How to Log a Ticket" and "Release Note" are available.

b) Student, Agent Portal: Excludes options not relevant to students.

Additional Information:

  1. Redirect Links: The redirect links on the Student and Agent portals remain unchanged, ensuring users can access their user guides seamlessly.

Group management > Set up intake group

Overview: The latest update introduces a new filter to the Set Up Intake Group form, enhancing its functionality and user experience.

Key Improvement:

  • Course Status Filter: An additional filter named “Course Status” has been added. This allows users to filter and manage intake groups based on the status of the courses.

Grade distribution dashboard

Overview: The latest update to the Grade Distribution Dashboard introduces several enhancements aimed at improving functionality and user experience.

Key Improvements:

  1. Enhanced Logic:

  • Graded Subject Enrolments: The logic has been refined to include only graded subject enrolments. Enrolled and exempted outcomes are now excluded from all reports.

  1. New Feature:

  • Download Chart Image: Users can now download chart images directly from the dashboard.

  1. Export Enhancements:

  • Improved Export Outcomes: The export functionality has been enhanced for better performance and accuracy.

  1. Bug Fixes:

  • General Fixes: Various bugs have been identified and resolved to ensure smoother operation.

Note: This is an optional feature and can be accessed under the Compliance menu upon enabling.

 

Employer Invoice

Overview: The Employer Invoice feature has been extended to the Meshed Higher Ed platform.

Key Features:

  1. Assign Student Course Enrolment with Employer:

  • Functionality: Any domestic student’s course enrolment can now be assigned to an Employer.

  • Availability: This feature is accessible in the Student Course Enrolment section of the Meshed System.

  1. Assign Student Invoices with Employer:

  • Invoice Generation: When a Student Course Enrolment is assigned to an Employer, all related employer invoices (Tuition and Miscellaneous) can be generated from the Student Payment Summary Page.

  • Payment Schedules: Payment schedules can be assigned to an Employer even if the Student Course Enrolment is not associated with any invoice. Then, employer invoice can be generated for the respective Employer.

  • Employer Receipts: Employer Receipts can be generated from the list of paid payment schedules.

  1. Bulk Generate Employer Invoice:

  • Bulk Generation: Employer invoices can be generated in bulk by defining a date period and payment type (tuition or miscellaneous).

  • Availability: This feature is available under the Accounts section of the Meshed System.

Note: This is an optional feature.
