eCAF Enrolment Management for Different Citizen Resident Codes

Students with citizen resident codes 1, 2, 3, 8 and P are eligible for applying HELP loans. The system has been enhanced to record citizenship and residency details for these student types using the residency questions that are newly added.

 The new questions appear under Student TCSI information page where the data for student citizenship is recorded. Except for citizen resident code 1, 4 and 5, the relevant questions appear for other codes.

The questions appear under the section The information below is required to confirm student’s eligibility for a HELP loan.

Notes

  •  If the users do not record answers to these questions, the student does not appear under the eCAF enrolment management grid.

  • Based on the data recorded for these questions, the values will be sent for the student to eCAF, which will determine if the student is eligible to access the HELP loan.
