New Features

  1. AI Innovation- Usability Improvement

  2. Graduation Management Feature: Development of Graduation management module to enable education providers to manage graduation ceremonies effectively 

  3. Student Scoring Feature: A new feature designed to evaluate student health based on predefined categories and scoring criteria.

Enhancements 

  1. TCSI Integration Enhancements

a) TCSI PIR: The TCSI PIR API feature is being enhanced to also include the PATCH (Update data in TCSI) feature. Earlier, the TCSI PIR API only offered the POST (Send data to TCSI) and DELETE (Delete data in TCSI) features. TCSI records often evolve as new information becomes available (e.g., identifiers, enrolment changes, outcome updates). 

  • PATCH allows field-level updates without resubmitting the full PIR. This means that the users do not have to delete and resubmit the data rather they can simply make updates to an existing record. 

  • This also allows to submit any corrections or updates for any reported records to TCSI minimising data duplication risk. 

  • With the PATCH feature in the PIR API, the user will be able to sync changes in Course of Study, Course, Campus, Course on Campus, Student, Course Admission, Unit Enrolment and Early Exit Awards packet to TCSI. 

  1. OpenLearning Enhancements

  • Automation to send newly created classes, learners, enrolments from meshed platform to OpenLearning as per pre-defined logic

  • Automation to import result from OpenLearning to Meshed Platform as per pre-defined logic

  • Logs to track and view all data exchange records between the Meshed Platform and OpenLearning.

  1. AI Innovation- Expand Capabilities

Enhancements 

  1. Xero Integration Enhancements

a) Logs

  • New logs in the system to track Xero Payment and Invoice Processing history. 

  • Logs to track Xero Configuration and Setup changes. 

b) Scholarship Management

  • Meshed Xero Integration user interface and logic updates to manage scholarship for students.  

  • Providing 2 ways to manage Scholarships at Invoice and at Payment levels in Meshed. 

  • Correct reflection of scholarship adjustments on payments without manual intervention.  

  1. OpenLearning Enhancements

  • Automation to send newly created classes, learners, enrolments from meshed platform to OpenLearning as per pre-defined logic

  • Automation to import result from OpenLearning to Meshed Platform as per pre-defined logic

  • Logs to track and view all data exchange records between the Meshed Platform and OpenLearning.

  1. TCSI Integration Enhancements

a)     Sub Packets Implementation: Citizenship, Disability, Specialisation

  • Implementation of new sub-packets for TCSI for Citizenship, Disability and Specialisation 

  • Record and maintain different versions of the sub-packets in the system.  

b)     Staff Packets

  • Redesign of the staff packets including the Staff Full-Time, Staff Casual Actual and Staff Casual Estimate packets for better data reporting. 

  • User interface and logic update in the TCSI data recording and reporting pages. 

  • Updates to record and manage the work classification and contract changes for full-time staff for each year. 

  • New reports to track the Staff TCSI data in the system.

  1. AI Innovation- Advanced Automation

  2. Meshed SMS Service-Collaborate with an SMS provider to launch Meshed SMS service

  3. VET Data Streamlining (VDS STARS API)

  • Implementation of the Updated VET Information Standards in the system and STARS API to replace the current version of AVETMISS 8.0 in line with the VET Data Modernisation Project.  

  • Facilitating VET Data Reporting to Student and Training Activity Reporting System (STARS) via the Meshed Student Management System.  

Enhancements 

  1. PRISMS Integration Enhancements

  • Updates to the Student Course Variation logic handling to allow retrieval of SCV summary from PRISMS API to Meshed. 

  • Allow to fetch CoE Certificate and Details for manually recorded CoE numbers in Meshed using PRISMS API. 

  • Extension of the PRISMS API feature to retrieve and create the Welfare or CAAW letters for under 18 students.
