User Role - CRM Menu Access

Introduction

The System has predefined roles that can be assigned to Users.   Roles have defined access to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Menus. Staff can be assigned multiple roles and will then have multiple system access.


User Role CRM Menu Access

The following table provides the default CRM Menu and Feature access information for each of the relevant User Roles.

Additional CRM Permissions

Super administrators can modify the following permissions related to CRM in addition to the default Role Access.

  • View CRM Dashboard
  • Allow staff to do CRM admin task (Assign Staff, Setup, Monthly Target)
  • Redirect staff to CRM dash board after login
