Task Detail

Displays the Task information and details.



Users can manage comments, status, and attachments.



Task Information

The Task information displayed:

  • Task Name
  • Task Created By (if the Task was created automatically by the Workflow this will be the System Administrator)
  • Task Created Date
  • Task Description


Overdue Tasks


If the current date is after the Task Deadline Date then the Task Name will appear with a Red background to visually indicate it is overdue.


Details

View Task Details.

The User can change the Status of the Task.

Status options are managed in the Configuration menu.



Links to other Tasks


Links to other Tasks are displayed as required:

  • If the Task has a Parent Task (i.e. is a Child Task) a link to the Parent Task is displayed.
  • If the Task has one or more Child Tasks (i.e. is a Parent Task) then a link to each Child Task is displayed.
  • If the Task is does not have a Parent or any Child Task then no link is displayed.

Clicking a Task link will navigate the User directly to that Task.



Attachments

View Task Attachments.

To open or view an Attachment click the Attachment Name Link.

Attachments are Uploaded in the Upload Attachments section of the Task Details.

The upload of Attachments function is only available if it has been enabled for the Task.


Verification

The verification of Attachments function is only available if it has been enabled for the Task.

To verify the Attachments click Verify



To verify select the Attachment(s) and click Verify

To preview an Attachment for verification click the Preview Icon 


Form

View the Form submitted by the Requester.

To view the form click the View Form link.



Form Attachments

View the Form Attachments submitted by the Requester.

To open or view a Form Attachment click the Attachment Name Link.


Comments

View the Task Comments, manage Visibility, and email.

Comments are posted to the Task in the Post Comments section of the Task Details.


Visibility

Manage the Visibility for each Comment.



Public - The comment can be viewed by all Users

Private - The comment cannot be viewed by Client Users (managed in the Client > Client Users menu)



Email Comments

Send the Task Comments as an email.

Comments for the Task

This is a mandatory field.


Upload File

Upload or Clear attachments for the Comment.


Public Comment


The comment can be viewed by Users managed in the Configuration > Users menu and the Client > Client Users menu:

  • Checked 
  • Not checked (default option) 


Send Email (notify assigned to user)

Notification email to the Task assigned User:

  • Checked 
  • Not checked (default option) 



Posted Comments are displayed in the Comments section of the Task Details.


Upload Attachments

Upload attachments for the Task.

The upload of Attachments function is only available if it has been enabled for the Task.



Uploaded attachments are displayed in the Attachments section of the Task Details.
