Dashboard

Overview

When the User has successfully logged in they will see the Dashboard page.

The Meshed Workflow main menu is located on the left hand side of the Dashboard.

The items that are displayed in the Meshed Workflow main menu are managed in the Configuration menu.



Permission settings determine if the current User will see the Dashboard or if they will instead see the Form submission page.  For more information see Dashboard permission.


 


Dashboard


Total Requests



This section displays the count of all Requests created in the Meshed Workflow system.



Requests This Month



This section displays the count of Requests created for the current month in the Meshed Workflow system.



My Allocated Requests



This section displays the count of Requests with Tasks that are assigned to the current User.


If an assigned Task is Closed and the related Request is not Closed, then the allocated count is not decreased.



Making a Request Inactive will decrease the Requests count for:

  • Total Requests
  • Requests this Month
  • My Allocated Requests




My Allocated Request List

This section displays a grid that lists all the Requests with Tasks that are assigned to the current User. 

The Requests are listed as rows in a grid.

The grid displays the following data columns:

  • Form Request ID
  • Requested By
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Created Date
  • Client
  • Request

The right most column contains the Action Icons that are used to perform various functions for each Request.

The list excludes Requests that have been Closed.


Page Navigation

Multiple pages will be displayed for a grid listing more than 10 items.

The Page Navigation Bar helps Users navigate between pages of items in a grid and also go to a specific page.

Page Navigation always display the page number of the page a User is currently viewing and also includes back and next buttons, and for large numbers of pages includes first or last buttons.



A keyword search of the Request Names which allows the User to refine the Requests displayed in the grid.

A keyword search looks for the word(s) anywhere in the Request Names. Keyword searches are useful when the User has part of the information.


Sort

Allows Users to click on the heading name, for columns displaying the Sort icon, to re-organise the grid in the order of the data in that column.

Clicking a heading name will alternatively order the grid data in ascending order and then in descending order.

Ascending means smallest to largest, or alphabetical.

Descending means largest to smallest, or reverse alphabetical.

My Task List


This section displays a grid that lists all the Tasks that are assigned to the current User. 

The Tasks are listed as rows in a grid.

The grid displays the following data columns:

  • Task ID
  • Task Name
  • Request ID
  • Request Name
  • Priority
  • Status
  • Deadline Date

The right most column contains the Action Icons that are used to perform various functions for each Task.
