Public Portal View

Introduction

Public Portal view allows the prospective students and agents to view college information, download documents, pay fees and apply for courses online. Note that you can only view this Portal when you are not logged in.

Course Information

This allows prospective students and agents to view all your college course information e.g. courses offered, course duration, delivery target, tuition fees and campus locations.

Download Document

This tab allows the public to download and print documents from your college. These documents can be your college brochures, course outlines, and other promotional materials.

Student Application

This tab allows students to submit an online application directly to your college. Student application is a five step process and students are requested to submit compulsory documents to allow timely processing of application.

Note: Students will need to agree to the terms and conditions set by the college prior to commencing application.

This public application also allows students to save their online application. The system will generate an application ID for students to continue their application in their own time. The system will also give them an option to receive this reference ID via their email address (as shown below):

Applicant and Student Duplicate Check

The System has duplicate check functionality which applies to:

  • Online Application entry process
  • Admin Application entry Process
  • Modification of an Application during the Offer Management processes
  • Modification of a Student profile during Student Management processes.

Duplicate check is performed using the following criteria:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • DOB
  • Email
  • Nationality and Passport combination

This System will alert the User when a potential duplicate is detected. This will assist with preventing duplication of Students and Applicants in the System.

Agent Registration

This tab allows prospective agents to register as one of your college agents. Agents are professional individuals who recruit students to study in your college. As per ASQA's regulations, agents need to be aware of the policies and ensure that they do business ethically.

To apply as an agent, they may be required to send other documents e.g. business registration and/or references to assist with the application.

Note: Agent will need to agree to the terms and condition set by the college prior to commencing application.

Agent List

This tab allows you to publish the list of your affiliated agents in your website. The information available contains your agents' contact details, country they are from and links to their website.

Note: All RTO's providing CRICOS courses are required by the government to publish the list of their affiliated agents on their website.

Pay Fees (Optional module)

This tab allows students to make online payment directly to your website. This payment Gateway integration can be linked through your payment Gateway provider. This generally accepts all major credit cards which is dependent on the choice of payment gateway. Please refer to Pay Fees Optional Module for more information.
