Manage Contract Schedule

Introduction

This menu allows you to create and manage contracts which will later be used in Student Unit Activity while setting up student training plan and is specific to domestic state funded courses delivery.


Add Contract

This menu allows you to Add Contract code that is provided by State Training authority for your funding contract.

To add, follow the instructions below:

  • Click Admin > Manage Contract Schedule > Add Contract.

       


  • Type in Contract code and contract description in the field provided.
  • Click Add New to save.
  • To delete a contract from the contract list, click delete icon


Manage Contract Schedule

To create and manage contract schedule linked with a particular contract, follow the instructions below:

  • Click Admin>Manage Contract Schedule. You will go to Contract & Funding Source Schedule Management as shown below:

      


  • Click Add New Contract Schedule.
  • Select Contract code, State where contract is applicable, funding source, schedule code and schedule description.

       


  • Click Add New to save.
  • If the contract schedule is no longer relevant, click delete icon
