Communication > SMS Management

The SMS Notification page, which facilitates bulk SMS sending to students, has been enhanced with additional filter options to improve user experience. The newly added student search filters include:

  1. Student Class List

  1. Subject Starting Between Dates

  1. Subject Census Date Between Dates

  1. Semester and Term

  1. Student Course by National Code

These enhancements align the search options of the SMS Notification page with those of the Student Mailing List, providing users with more efficient and versatile search capabilities.

Communication > Email

Update to Email Communication System

To enhance security and privacy, the "BCC" field has been removed from various email editors throughout the system. This update ensures consistency across the Email feature as the use of BCC fields has been discontinued.

The BCC field has been removed from the following areas:

  1. Reports and Letters

  1. Manage Employer

This change reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security and privacy in our communication systems.

Compliance > TCSI

Update Trigger for Unit Enrolments

If the subject discipline code (Field of Education) is modified in the system, an update trigger will now be activated. This trigger ensures that the updated discipline code is promptly sent to TCSI for the affected student unit enrolments.

Purpose and Benefits:

  1. Simplified Process: This enhancement streamlines the process of updating the subject field of education after unit enrolments have already been reported, ensuring that TCSI always has the most current and accurate information.
