PRISMS Integration:
Seamless management of international students, ensuring compliance with the ESOS Act and enhancing student satisfaction.
Key functionalities:
a) Creation, updating, and cancellation of CoEs directly through the Meshed Platform.
b) Accurate association of CRICOS-registered venues and agents.
c) Synchronization of OSHC provider details for regulatory compliance.
Enhancements
Session Timeout Self Configuration: Empower users to manage session timeout settings independently, delivering a secure and seamless platform experience without contacting support.
Enhancement of Meshed API:
Addition of the following fields for improved API functionality:
a) POST Offer/POST Student Endpoints: USI Number, Visa Number, Visa Expiry, Lead Source, and Know From.
b) GET Offer/GET Student Endpoints: Lead Source and Know From.
c) GET Course Endpoint: Custom field details.
New API Endpoints:
a) GET CRM LeadSources.
b) GET CRM KnowForms.
Enhancement of Canvas Integration: Introduction of a manual import feature for subject outcomes from Canvas, enhancing flexibility in data management
Enhancement of DocX feature: Addition of an Agent Agreement generation feature for clients with DocX enabled, available in both DocX and PDF formats.

1. Meshed API: Implementation of webhook functionality within the Meshed API to enable real-time event notifications and improve system integration capabilities
Enhancements
TCSI Enhancement:·
Development of optional solution TCSI Reporting Scheduler.
Update the TCSI integration feature to support newly released gender code values by TCSI.
Introduce real-time notifications to alert users when reported packets to TCSI encounter issues.
2. eCAF Feature enhancement:
Extend eCAF functionality to include support for New Zealand citizens.
Update the census date logic to make the census date field editable, providing greater flexibility for education providers.
Enhance the eCAF feature to support under-18 students applying for a VET Student Loan, provided they are classified as independent or have obtained parental consent
3. Teacher Portal Enhancement: Enhance the teacher portal to display a student mini-profile for learners assigned to an assessment group.
