Report | The Agent Name field is now added to the Academic: Student academic progress summary finishing between two dates report. This addition provides better visibility into student representation and allows for improved filtering. |
Report | The field name OSHC End Date is added under the report Student OSHC history between two dates which displays the value from the new OSHC End Date field.

This feature allows staff to use the College Email to communicate with the students. If the college email address is recorded for the staff, the college email is visible along with the staff private email on the ‘From’ dropdown while sending the Email from the system. | |
View Log | A new log is added on the system as a StudentResultsClassMode_Log to record the logs for flexible timetable enrolment and deletion for the student. The log displays the record whenever there is any enrolment under flexible timetable batch. This log also records the deletion of flexible timetable batch. |
Preview Document | Documents with filenames containing Latin or special characters could not be successfully previewed using the current document preview feature. When attempting to preview documents that have filenames with Latin characters (such as á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ, ç, etc.), the preview functionality fails to render the document properly. The document preview feature has been enhanced to fully support all character types in document names to successfully preview the documents. |
Student Orientation | This improved feature allows to manage orientation notes of the student. The orientation note field is added on the Student Course section. The orientation notes added from Compliance > Manage Student Orientation and Student Course is now stored on the database and is visible under Extend StudentCourse_Log log. The report List of student attended in orientation intake converted to current student available under Student Services category is also updated to include orientation notes: |
Service Request | The OSHC feature enhancement adds an OSHC End Date field that's pre-populated based on the duration and OSHC Start Date. This field appears before adding the service request for students and can be modified while adding a new OSHC for a Student/Application/Offer or while updating the existing record. While the Suggested Fee continues to update only when the number of months changes in the dropdown, it remains unaffected by manual changes to the OSHC End Date. A tooltip has been added to the Suggested Fee field to clarify that "The Suggested Fee is calculated by the system based on the number of months selected, not based on the OSHC Start Date and OSHC End Date." |
