Overview: The latest update introduces enhancements to the application header and portal functionalities, aimed at improving user experience and accessibility.

Key Changes:

  1. Support Icon Update:

  • New Name: The Help icon has been renamed to Support.

  • Enhanced Access: Provides quick access to various support features, including:

a) Online User Guide

b) New Releases

c) Log a Ticket

d) How to Log a Ticket

  • User Guides: Agents and Students can access their respective user guides directly from the Support icon.

  1. Login/Logout Button Update:

  • Uniform Design: The login/logout buttons have been updated with a consistent icon design across all portals (teacher, agent, employer, student).

  • Dropdown Options: Each portal now displays only relevant options in the dropdown menu:

a) Staff, Teacher, Agent Portals: Options like "How to Log a Ticket" and "Release Note" are available.

b) Student, Agent Portal: Excludes options not relevant to students.

Additional Information:

  1. Redirect Links: The redirect links on the Student and Agent portals remain unchanged, ensuring users can access their user guides seamlessly.

Group management > Set up intake group

Overview: The latest update introduces a new filter to the Set Up Intake Group form, enhancing its functionality and user experience.

Key Improvement:

  • Course Status Filter: An additional filter named “Course Status” has been added. This allows users to filter and manage intake groups based on the status of the courses.
