System

New gender code values in line with the updated gender values from ABS are implemented in the Meshed system for CRICOS and Higher Ed platforms. These new values include N (Non-Binary), D (Different Term) and P (Prefer Not to Answer) along with the other existing gender codes. The new gender codes are applicable for TCSI data reporting for the 2026 Student and Staff data collections however, for other reporting bodies such as AVETMISS, PRISMS, eCAF and USI, the old gender codes are still in operation. Some areas where the changes can be observed are - Student Profile, Staff TCSI information, Teacher Pages and Reports.

AVETMISS Reporting

New VET funding sources are added for the Norther Territory (NT) State to match with the updated guidelines for AVETMISS reporting. The changes are reflected in student results page and bulk enrolment pages for CRICOS and VET platforms.
