Main Feature

Enhancement, Improvements and New Feature Details

Compliance > TCSI

In Compliance with TCSI 2026 ministerial notice, minor text changes that apply to Student Status Code and Citizen Resident Code has been implemented in the System. Text has been updated for Student Status Code, 261 and Resident Status Code, 8.

  • For Student Status Code 261, value is updated from “A domestic student enrolled in an enabling course (i.e. bridging or supplementary programme)” to “A domestic student enrolled in a FEE-Free Uni ready course (i.e. bridging or supplementary programme)”

  • For Citizen Resident Code 8, value is updated from “Students/applicants with permanent humanitarian visa (except those meeting the definition for value ‘2’)” to “Students/applicants with permanent humanitarian visa or students eligible for HECS-HELP as a former permanent humanitarian visa holder (except those meeting the definition for value ‘2’ or ‘1’)”

 

These changes will be reflected in the following areas:

  1. Citizen Resident Code values are updated in

Graduation Management (Optional Module)

Graduation Management is a new optional module for CRICOS providers with Higher Education courses for centralization of planning, managing and execution of graduation ceremonies efficiently with streamlined event setup, student invitations, registration and graduation fulfillment in one place.

The core functionality of the modules is:

  1. Graduation event management

  1. Setup of venues, graduation kits and graduation checklist

  1. Scheduling and registration control

  1. Student eligibility control and secure email invitations

  1. Registration by students and staffs

  1. Management of graduation status and attendance

  1. Management of orders and guest

 

Reports

Report Name: Work Placement: Student work placement with employer details

Report Name: Work Placement: Student work placement with employer and activity details

In both reports, an additional column: Semester is added that will renders the semester in which work placement is recorded.
