Profile
From this menu you can edit your profile and change your passwords.
Edit Profile
To edit your profile, follow the instructions below:
- Once you have logged in to RTOmanager, click Profile>Edit Profile.

- Edit/change any information as per your requirement in figure 3.1a.
- Update the USI if you have already generated
Please note that you cannot change the name, Student ID, your name.
- Finally click to save the changes you have made. You will receive a confirmation message in blue as indicated by red circle in figure 3.1b.

Changing Password
To change your passwords simply follow the instructions below:
- Once you have logged in to RTOmanager, click Profile>Change Password as shown in figure 1.

- Enter your old password, your New Password and Confirm your new password as shown in figure 1.
- Finally click . You will receive a confirmation message as indicated by red circle in figure 2.

You should keep in mind that new password and confirm new password has to be the same.
Reset Security Question & Answers
Security question and answer will help you to recover/remember your password in case you forget your password. It is important to keep your security question and answer safe, secure and simple. To reset your security question and answer, follow the instructions below:
- Once you have logged in to RTOmanager, click Profile>Change Password as shown in figure 1. You will go the page as in figure 1.

- Enter your current password, security question and security answer as marked by red circle in figure 1.
- Finally click . Security question and answer will be reset and the confirmation message is displayed in green to confirm the change as shown in figure 2
