Generate Bulk Certificates
To generate Student Certificates in Bulk:
- Click Compliance > Generate Bulk Certificate
- Select the required Student List search criteria
- Click View
- The list of Students will be displayed
- Select the Students to generate Certificates for
- Click the Generate Action Icon
- The Generate Bulk Transcript window is displayed
- Select the Transcript Type
- Optionally select to Specify a Completion Date
- Optionally select to Convert Student Course Status
- Click Generate PDF
- The System will generate a single PDF Document containing a Certificate/Transcript for each Student selected.
- A PDF Document containing an individual Certificate/Transcript will be added to the Certificate Register for each Student selected.
- A record that a Certificate/Transcript was generated will be added to the Communication Log for each Student selected.
When generating a Certificate the Meshed platform performs background checks for the following:
- Student USI is missing
- Student has not completed all Course Subjects
- Student has not completed the Course based on Subject Credit Points
- Student has Tuition Fees due
If an issue is identified a warning message is displayed and confirmation to continue is required.
