Introduction
Meshed Mobility is a Smartphone App from Meshed Group available to download for free in iOS and Android.
The Meshed Mobility Smartphone App connects to an Education Provider Meshed Platform and is designed to give students seamless access to their academic information on the go. With just a few taps, students can now view their course details, timetables, results, payment history, general notices, messages, and warnings directly on their smartphones.
With the Meshed Mobility Smartphone App, students will never miss an update. From crucial announcements to personalized messages, everything is just a notification away.
Please note, the Student Portal must be activated in the Meshed platform for students to access the Meshed Mobility Smartphone App. If the Student Portal is not yet activated, please contact our support team at support@meshedgroup.com.au.

Student Registration
Here's a step-by-step guide to help students register for the Meshed Mobility Smartphone App.
Step 1: Gather Essential Information
Students will need the following details from their Education Provider to register for the Meshed Mobility App.
Username - the username is assigned to the Student when their User Account is created. This is the same username a Student uses for the Meshed Platform Student Portal.
Password - the password is assigned to the Student when their User Account is created. This is the same password used for the Meshed Platform Student Portal. A Student can change their password using the Meshed Platform Student Portal.
Email Address - the email address recorded for the student in the Meshed Platform. A Student can change their email address using the Meshed Platform Student Portal.
Provider URL - the URL for the Education Providers Meshed Platform. e.g. https://provider.rtomanager.com.au or https://provider.meshedhe.com.au This is the same URL a Student uses for the Meshed Platform Student Portal.
Provider Contact - The name and contact details of the Education Provider representative who can assist students with registration.
Step 2: Install Smartphone App
Students can download the Meshed Mobility Smartphone App from the App Store or Google Play.
iOS version
- Go to App Store
- Search using “Meshed Mobility” keyword.
- Click Get/Download to install to the mobile device.
Android version
- Go to Google Play
- Search using “Meshed Mobility” keyword.
- Click Get/Download to install to the mobile device.
Step 3: Create Student Account
Once the App is installed Click on the Meshed Mobility icon to open the App Home Screen.
To use the App, first time users must create an account using credentials supplied by the Education Provider.
- Click the link Create an account
- Create Account is displayed.
- Click the Terms and Conditions to read about our Privacy Policy.
- Enter the following information (supplied by the Education Provider):
- Username
- Password
- Confirm Password
- Email Address
- URL
- Click SIGN UP
Meshed Mobility App Overview
A description of each of the functions available for Student users in the Meshed Mobility Smartphone App.
Account Login
Once the installation of the App and initial Account Creation has been completed a Student user can Login.
- Click on the Meshed Mobility icon to open the App Home Screen
- Enter the following information (supplied by the Education Provider):
- Username
- Password
- URL
- Click LOGIN
Once the user is signed in, the Meshed Mobility App displays the enrolment page with the list of enrolled Courses with information regarding enrolment and attendance. From here the user can access Course results and payment information.
Alert Notifications
The Meshed Mobility App conveniently pops up notifications on the Lock/Home Screen directly on the Student's smartphone when:
- Any email communication is sent to the Student.
- Grades are updated for the student.
- The Student is enrolled in a Course or Subject
- Payment has been received from the Student (both Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees)
Menu Sidebar
Menu sidebar allows the user to navigate between different sections of the Meshed Mobility Mobile App.
Profile
This shows student profile information.
Change Password
The Student account password can be changed using the CHANGE PASSWORD button at the bottom of the profile information.
Enrolment
Users can view the list of enrolled Courses and see information regarding enrolment and attendance. From here the user can access Course results and payment information.
Results
The results can be accessed using the RESULTS button at the bottom of the enrolment information.
This contains information regarding the students results for their enrolled courses.
Information for assessment tasks results can also be viewed.
Payments
The payments information can be accessed using the PAYMENTS button at the bottom of the enrolment information.
This shows information regarding tuition fees, due dates, overdue, and miscellaneous payments.
Timetable
This shows the student timetable as a day or week view with information for each of the classes.
General Notices
This shows information for the News, Events & Reminders for students.
College Details
This tab contains the Education Provider details.
Students can directly contact the Education Provider via email or phone from or locate the address.
Explore Courses
Users can search for various courses offered by the Education Provider.
Users can search for the available Campuses for a Course offered by the Education Provider.
Users can search for the available Campus Venues for a Course offered by the Education Provider.
Communication
This shows messages and warnings received by the Student.
Log out
Logs the student out of the app.
