From this menu you can view and manage all your agencies/employers that send students to your RTO for training and further education. You also have options to send email, SMS, view courses; record diary uploads documents for the employer/consultant.

11.1 View Account List

This section allows you to view and manage the employer or referral consultant/agency that has sent students/participants to your RTO.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
11.1.1 Click Account as shown in figure 11.1a. By default list of all available employers will be displayed as shown in figure 11.1a.

11.1.1 Edit Employer Profile

From this menu you can edit the employers profile by following the instructions below:
11.1.1.1 Once you have logged in to RTOmanager Local, Click Account as shown in figure 11.1.1a. By default list of all available employers will be displayed as shown in figure 11.1.1a.

11.1.1.2 Click icon in figure 11.1.1a as indicated by red circle. You will go to the Account Summary Profile Home window as shown in figure 11.1.1b.

11.1.1.3 To edit profile of the Employer, click icon as indicated by red circle in figure 11.1.1b. You will go to the Edit Account Profile page as shown in figure 11.1.1c.

11.1.1.4 To edit any of the Profile section in figure 11.1.1c, just click icon of the section you want to edit and follow the prompt.

11.1.2 Email

From this menu, you can directly send emails to the employer of your interest.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
11.1.2.1Once you have logged in to RTOmanager Local, Click Account as shown in figure 11.1.2a. By default list of all available employers will be displayed as shown in figure 11.1.2a.

11.1.2.2Click icon in figure 11.1.2a as indicated by red circle. You will go to the Account Summary Profile Home window as shown in figure 11.1.2b.

11.1.2.3Click icon in figure 11.1.2b. You will go to Send Email to Account page as shown in figure 11.1.2c.

11.1.2.4Select the email address by clicking the , type the subject of the mail, content of the mail as shown in figure 11.1.2c. You may also tick to record this email to the diary/communication log. If there are templates setup you can simply select one from the drop down list.
11.1.2.5When you are done, click .

11.1.3 SMS

From this menu, you can directly send SMS (short message service) to the employer of your interest.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
11.1.3.1Once you have logged in to RTOmanager Local, Click Account as shown in figure 11.1.3a. By default list of all available employers will be displayed as shown in figure 11.1.3a.

11.1.3.2Click icon in figure 11.1.3a as indicated by red circle. You will go to the Account Summary Profile Home window as shown in figure 11.1.3b.

11.1.3.3Click icon in figure 11.1.3b. You will go to the Send SMS to Account page as shown in figure 11.1.3c.

11.1.3.4Type the content of your SMS as shown in figure 11.1.3c. When you are done, click in figure 11.1.3c. Your SMS will be sent to the intended recipient.
Please Note: A valid mobile number must be present on 'Accounts' profile to be able to send SMS.

11.1.4 Upload Documents

From this menu you can upload documents related to the particular employer.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
11.1.4.1Once you have logged in to RTOmanager Local, Click Account as shown in figure 11.1.4a. By default list of all available employers will be displayed as shown in figure 11.1.4a.

11.1.4.2Click icon in figure 11.1.4a as indicated by red circle. You will go to the Account Summary Profile Home window as shown in figure 11.1.4b.

11.1.4.3Click icon in figure 11.1.4b. You will go to the Document Upload Page of the employer as shown in figure 11.1.4c.

11.1.4.4 Click on 'Choose File' and select the document that you want to upload for the employer as indicated by red box in figure 11.1.4c. When done, click . Your document will be uploaded and will be visible as shown in figure 11.1.4d. To create a folder simply enter the name of the 'Folder' and click on

Note: You can edit or delete the uploaded file by clicking or icons in figure 11.1.4d.

11.1.5 Diary (Individual Profile)

From this menu you can diarise any events, notes in regards to the employer.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
11.1.5.1Once you have logged in to RTOmanager Local,
Click Account as shown in figure 11.1.5a. By default list of all available employers will be displayed as shown in figure 11.1.5a.

11.1.5.2Click icon in figure 11.1.5a as indicated by red circle. You will go to the Account Summary Profile Home window as shown in figure 11.1.5b.

11.1.5.3Click icon in figure 11.1.5b. You will go to the Record Account Communication Log/Diary page as shown in figure 11.1.5c.

11.1.5.4Select the status of the event that you are going to log for e.g. Resolved as shown in figure 11.1.5c.
11.1.5.5Type the contents of the log as shown in figure 11.8c.
11.1.5.6 When you are done, click in figure 11.1.5c. Recently added log will appear in the list as shown in figure 11.1.5d.

Clicking on this icon will turn 'Green' which will make the current log hidden. To make it visible again simply click on this icon again this will turn to red making it visible.

11.1.6 Account Action (Icons)

To disable a consultant/employer simply click on this icon as indicated by the red arrow shown below in figure 11.1.6a

To upload a logo onto a Employer account simply click on this icon as indicated by the red arrow shown below in figure 11.1.6b

A window will pop up prompting you to 'Choose File' to upload, once you have selected your logo to use click on 'Upload Employer Logo' as shown below in figure 11.1.6c

Logo will now appear next to the Employers Account.

11.2 Add Account/Employer

From this menu you can add a new Account/Employer.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
11.2.1 Click Account>Add Account/Employer as shown in figure 11.2a. You will go to the Account Registration for Employer as shown in figure 11.2b.

Note: while registering the student application, the employer or agency can be associated with each student course which establishes the link between them for further operational purpose.

11.2.2 Once you have supplied all the information about the employer in figure 11.2b above, figure 11.2b should now appear as shown in figure 11.2c.

11.2.3 Click in figure 11.2c. You will receive a pop up message confirming that a new employer has been added successfully as shown in figure 11.2d.

11.2.4You can view the recently added employer by clicking Account on the main menu as shown in figure 11.2e.

11.3 Account Diary (General)

From this menu, you can maintain communication log/diary for the employer. Communication log/diary will help you to track all the logs of records that you have entered previously.
To do this, follow the instructions below:
11.3.1 Once you have logged in to RTOmanager Local,
Click Account>Account/Employer diary as shown in figure 11.3a.

11.3.2 Enter/select all the relevant information in figure 11.3a. After supplying information, figure 11.3a should now appear as shown in figure 11.3b

11.4.3Finally click in figure 11.4b. Recently added record will be visible as shown in figure 11.4c.

Note: You can also disable the record/log by just clicking icon in figure 11.4c.
