Home page is the initial screen you see after you log in to the system where there are altogether 15 main tabs (menu): Home, Docs, Admin, Staff, Users, Courses, Timetable, Trainer, Enrol, Participant, Message, Account, CRM and Finance & Reports.
From here you can navigate to any page by clicking on any menu as per your role and permissions linked to your user account. The icons on the left hand side in figure 2a are shortcut icons to accessible quickly some of the functionality of system rather than going through the menus.
- On the top right hand side of the Home page in Figure 2a, and above the menus, there are two icons: Logout and Help.
- On the right hand side and middle section of the page are News & Events, Reminder. There is also To do List at the page as shown in figure 2a.
2.1 Edit Profile
From this menu you can edit your profile for e.g. your email address, your current address, phone numbers, mobile numbers etc. To edit your profile follow the instructions below:

- Once you have logged in to RTOmanager, click Home>Edit Profile as shown in figure 2.1a.

- Edit/change any information as per your requirement as shown within red boxed area in figure 2.1a.

Note: Please note that you cannot change the name, staff ID, position & user name.

- Finally click to permanently save the changes you have made. You will receive a confirmation message in green as shown in figure 2.1b

2.2 Changing Password
To change Admin password simply follow the instructions below:

- Once you have logged in to RTOmanager, click Home>Change Password as shown in figure 2.2a

- Enter your old password, your New Password and Confirm your new password as shown above.
- Finally click . You will receive a confirmation message after updating password.

You should keep in mind that new password and confirm new password has to be the same.
2.3 Reset Security Question & Answers
Security question and answer will help you to recover password in case you forget your password. It is important to keep your security question and answer safe, secure and simple. To reset your security question and answer, follow the instructions below:

- Once you have logged in to RTOmanager, click Home>Change Password as shown in figure 2.3a

- Enter your current password, security question and security answer as shown within red boxed area in figure 2.3a.
- Finally click . Security question and answer will be reset and the confirmation message will be displayed to confirm the changes.

Documents (Manage Documents)
This menu is available to administration to manage documents efficiently. From this menu you can upload documents, give access to documents (authority to view and download), change documents name, delete documents etc. To do this, follow the instructions below:

- Once you have logged in to RTOmanager Local, click on the home page as shown in figure 2.4a.

You will go to the College Administration Document Management page as shown in figure 2.4b.

- To upload the document, simply click select the document from your computer by clicking 'Choose File' as indicated by red box in figure 2.4b and when you are done click .
- To give user access to documents simply click icon for the documents you want to give access as shown in figure 2.4b. A pop up window will appear on the screen as shown in figure 2.4c.

- Tick the user to whom you want to give access as shown in figure 2.4c and click . Now the document will only be visible to Teacher, Student and Marketing personnel.
- To delete the document simply click icon for the document and follow the prompt.
- To send the document to Archive folder (when you no longer need the document but might want to keep it for future reference), simply click icon in figure 2.4b. Your document will be transferred to Archive folder.
- To search (find) any document from the list, just type the name of your document as close as possible in the area marked by blue circle in figure 2.4b and click . The entire document that matches your criteria will be displayed in the list.
- To edit a file or folder name simply click on icon as shown above in figure 2.4b.

Tip: You can only 'Archive' files, you cannot archive folders.
2.5 Evaluation
From this menu staff can complete their survey online by logging into RTOmanager Local. To do this, follow the instructions below:

- Once you have logged in to RTOmanager Local, click Evaluation as shown in figure 2.5a. You will go to the Submit Survey/Evaluation page as shown in figure 2.5b

- Select the year and Survey/Evaluation as per your need in figure 2.5b. After selection, figure 2.5b should now appear as shown in figure 2.5c.

- Once you are done with your selection as shown in figure 2.5c, click . Your survey will be submitted as shown in green in figure 2.5c.

Note: Please also observe that button has now been disabled. This means that staff once submitted cannot submit the survey again.
