Overview

The Offer SMS List feature allows members of the Admissions team to list applications that have not been converted to Enrolled Students. You can select the list of Applications based on the Offer stages (example "Offered"), and then select one or more applicants and then use the SMS template to send SMS in bulk.

This assists with contacting the pending applications to follow up.

The Meshed Platform has the capacity to integrate SMS capability from a third party provider to send SMS messages. This integration is required to use the Offer SMS List feature.  More information on the SMS Integration can be found on the SMS Functionality Integration page.

Sending Bulk SMS

To send Bulk Offer SMS, follow the instructions below:

• Click Offers > Offer SMS List.

On the page, you can then select the list of offers based on selection criteria. The list can be ordered by different criteria.

Use the SMS (optional template) to send SMS in bulk.

When the SMS is sent, the system records the communication in the Offer communication log for future references.
