A Student enrolled in a class/batch for a Subject will appear in the ‘Check Attendance’ for that class/batch, including Students with a Credit Transfer or Exemption recorded for the Subject Outcome.

You should ensure the Students with Credit Transfer or Exemption outcomes recorded for the Subject Outcome are not enrolled into a batch/class, the batch should be ‘No batch’ for the Student Students so that they will not appear in the ‘Check Attendance’.
