Visa check functionality is available within the Offer Management section of the Meshed Platform, enabling the management of international applicants and students. Visa checks can be performed in bulk for multiple applicants and students, streamlining the verification process.
Tier Information
This section provides details about your current Visa Check Tier, the number of Visa Checks performed, and the date of the next reset. You can show or hide this information by clicking the triangle control at the top of the section.

1. Your Tier
Displays your subscription level for Visa Checks. For example, Standard (500) Per Month indicates the maximum number of Visa Checks you can perform each month.
2. Visa Checks
Shows the number of Visa Checks performed during the current period (not the number remaining). The guidelines for how this count increases can be found here.
3. Next Reset
Indicates the date when your Visa Check usage will reset. Each month, the Visa Check count will reset according to your tier limit.
4. Additional Information
Note: The Visa Check count includes both initial checks and any re-checks of previously checked visas.

Follow the steps below to filter and view visa information for multiple applicants and students with a status of Request Sent.
Navigate to Offers > Visa Check
Use the Visa Check Status Filter to narrow down results by Request Sent status.
Click the search button to view matching records.
Use the checkboxes on the left to select multiple student and/or applicant records or check the Select All box to select every record on the current page.
After selecting records, click the Refresh Status button to initiate a refresh for the selected applicants and/or students.
The information for each selected applicant and/or student is updated in the table.
