Continuous Professional Development
RTOManager has just added a new feature on the Teacher Management section which allows teachers or staff to record their professional development activities in the system.
This feature has been added to ensure that staff/ teachers/trainers can keep track of their Continuous Professional development points for the year or as required by Australia Skills and Qualification Association (ASQA).
To access this feature in the system, follow the instructions below:
- On your RTOManager click Teacher > Manage teacher.
- You may search the teacher using the search tab
- List of teachers will show up on the list ( as per your search criteria).
- Proceed on Teacher Profile by clicking the trainer profile page icon
located on the action column on the right hand side of the page. 
- A pop up page containing trainer profile summary will appear on a separate page. Click on the Professional development icon
located on the top right hand side of the page ( as shown below):
- Enter Event information starting with the event category e.g. Conference, seminar or workshop
.
- Enter Event Name, Organised by, Activity Name, Even date, CPD points allocated and comments.
