Flexible Timetable Allocation by Group
Flexible Timetable allocation is a unique feature in RTOManager where by you can enable a particular courses as flexible timetable and this will enable you to assign Student to different sessions within the same subject over different batches.
For example – you may have a class for a subject "English for Business Professionals" which is being offered 4 hours each morning (Monday to Friday) under BatchA and 4 hours evening (Monday to Friday) under BatchB.
With this feature Student can be enrolled for the subject in one batch (e.g. BatchA), but then will have flexibility to attend classes by selecting over 2 batches. For example Monday-Wednesday attend Morning class and Thursday/Friday attend Evening Class.
