Reports

A report “Lists of tasks assigned to staff between two dates” has been added with the following details:

· Report category: Management

·  Report description: This report brings the list of staff and their respective tasks between two dates entered

This report will list all the tasks (meetings and appointments) assigned to staffs from the Task Management module. The report comprises of all key information related to task management:

       i.          Created by

      ii.          Task type

     iii.          Task name

     iv.          Description

      v.          Task start date

     vi.          Task finish date

   vii.          Assigned to staff name

  viii.          Task completed

     ix.          Relate to

      x.          Related to value

Reports

Update to the following reports:

·  Fee Paid: Fee Payment History between Two Dates

Column “Status” added to display the student course status at the time of report generation.

· Fee Paid: Daily payment summary (Deposit reconcile)

Column “Status” added to display the student course status at the time of report generation.

SMS Template

A warning message will be displayed when users create SMS template exceeding 160 characters. The warning message suggests that when SMS with more than 160 characters are sent from the system, recipients may receive SMS that are truncated/incomplete.
