Introduction

This menu allows you to manage all your Agent commission payments which includes agent search, view commissions available and approve it accordingly. Information here will appear in the Agent portal and can also be viewed and generated by Account Staff. Finally Process commission feature will settle all the selected commission that were approved to be updated in RTOManager

Search Agent

To manage this function, follow the instructions below:

  • On your RTOManager, click Accounts > Agent Payment



  • To look for Agents, use Search criteria as shown below and click Search. Agents as per the criteria selected will appear as a list.



  • Agents as per the criteria selected will appear as a list. To view selected agent details, click the view icon .



View Payment History (Deducted, Invoiced, Other)

This section will show all the commission that were deducted by the Agent and/or Invoiced




View and approve Commission payable

To view all the commission that are available to be paid for the selected agent, click Process Commission menu



Then select the search by option (Full paid or Partial Paid). This is based on your college policy to pay commission
Enter payment transaction to date to get the list and click View



Thereafter Select and Approve Commission



Process Commission (Generate Payment Advice)

Once the commission is approved, then they can be viewed by the Agent via their agent portal, or the Account staff can generate the payment advice
To do this, select the View Option – Process and Pay Commission



This will show all the list of approved commission transactions that are payable to the Student



You can select multiple items ready to pay and click PDF to generate the Payment advice that you can sent to Agent.



You can then select the ones that you are ready to pay based on invoice received from agent and then click Process




  • Enter the agent invoice number and click Process Commission
  • System will process and update all selected transactions and they will be visible on the Invoiced commission section




Credit/Bonus Allocation

Recording of a Credit or Bonus for an Agent which will be available to be used for Agent Payment.

To manage this function, follow the instructions below:

  • Click Accounts > Agent Payment
  • To view selected agent details, click the View Action Icon
  • Click Credit/Bonus Allocation tab



  • Select the Type



  • Enter the Amount
  • Select the Payment Mode
  • Enter the Payment Date
  • Optionally enter Comments
  • Click Add Data
