This menu allows you to validate your PRISMS PRISMS stands for Provider Registration and International Student Management System. This system is used by providers to issue Confirmations of Enrolment (CoE) to overseas students intending to study in Australia (the Department of Immigration and Border protection requires these to issue a student visa). This is also used by the Government to monitor student compliance with visa conditions and provider compliance with the ESOS Act 2000. data with RTOManager database. This is to ensure to identify any inconsistency between the DIBP DIBP stands for Department of Immigration and Border Protection. PRISMS data with the current data stored in RTOManager.

  • On your RTOManager, Click Admin > Validate PRISMS.



  • Click Choose file to upload the PRISM Data you generated from the PRISM portal. Click Upload.


  • Once file is uploaded, Click Compare to view the result. , the system will then validate both information generated from PRISMs and from your RTOManager.


  • When Data is validated by the system, it will generate a list of all the information that match and those that doesn't. Matching data are marked in green and those that doesn't are marked pink as shown below.

  • You may change those values that doesn't match by going to back to the student's profile page and make the appropriate changes. Once changes has been made, repeat the above steps to validate data until all information matches.


Note: You can also export the result in an excel file by clicking export button found on the top right hand side of the page.
