Introduction

Meshed Mobility is a Smartphone App from Meshed Group available to download for free in iOS and Android. 

The Meshed Mobility Smartphone App connects to an Education Provider Meshed Platform and is designed to give students seamless access to their academic information on the go. With just a few taps, students can now view their course details, timetables, results, payment history, general notices, messages, and warnings directly on their smartphones.

With the Meshed Mobility Smartphone App, students will never miss an update. From crucial announcements to personalized messages, everything is just a notification away. 




Features

The following functions are available for Students using the Meshed Mobility App:

  • Alert notifications on the Lock or Home screen (Email, Grades, Enrolment, Payments, etc.)

  • Student profile details

  • Upload photograph

  • Provider information

  • Student active course enrolment details

  • Subject results

  • Assessments Results

  • Payment information (Tuition Fees and Miscellaneous) - Invoices and Payment Records   

  • General Notices (News/Events Reminders)

  • Search Courses

  • Contact Provider

  • Communication - Email, Letters, Diary


Configuration

App Download and Install

iOS version

  • Go to App Store
  • Search using “Meshed Mobility” keyword.
  • Click Get/Download to install to your mobile device.

Android version

  • Go to Google Play
  • Search using “Meshed Mobility” keyword.
  • Click Get/Download to install to your mobile device.


Create Account Register

Once you have installed the App, Click on the Meshed Mobility icon to open the App Home Screen.  

To use the App, first time users must create an account using credentials supplied by the Education Provider.

  • Click the link Create account



  • Create Account is displayed.



  • Click the Terms and Conditions to read about our Privacy Policy.
  • Create account to obtain login to access the Meshed Mobility App.
  • Enter the following information (supplied by the Provider):
    • Username
    • Password
    • Confirm Password
    • Email Address
    • URL
  • Click SIGN UP


Username - the username is assigned to the Student when their User Account is created. This is the same username a Student uses for the Meshed Platform Student Portal.

Password - the password is assigned to the Student when their User Account is created. This is the same password used for the Meshed Platform Student Portal. A Student can change their password using the Meshed Platform Student Portal.

Email Address - the email address recorded for the student in the Meshed Platform. A Student can change their email address using the Meshed Platform Student Portal.

Provider URL - the URL for the Education Providers Meshed Platform. e.g. https://provider.rtomanager.com.au or https://provider.meshedhe.com.au This is the same URL a Student uses for the Meshed Platform Student Portal.


Account Sign-in

Once you have completed the one-of steps of installing the App and Registering your Account you can Sign-in 

  • Click on the Meshed Mobility icon to open the App Home Screen



  • Enter the following information (supplied by the Provider):
    • USERNAME
    • PASSWORD
    • URL
  • Click LOGIN


Alert Notifications on the Lock or Home screen

The Meshed Mobility App conveniently pops up notifications on the Lock/Home Screen directly on the Student's smartphone when:

  • Any email communication is sent to the Student.
  • Grades are updated for the student.
  • The Student is enrolled in a Course or Subject
  • Payment has been received from the Student (both Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees)



App Overview

Once the user is signed in, the Meshed Mobility App displays the enrolment page with the list of enrolled Courses with information regarding enrolment and attendance. From here you can access Course results and payment information.


Menu Sidebar

Menu sidebar allows you to navigate between different sections of the Meshed Mobility Mobile App.




Profile 

This tab shows student profile information.



Enrolment

You can view the list of enrolled Courses and see information regarding enrolment and attendance. From here you can access Course results and payment information.




Course Results

This page contains information regarding your enrolled course and results.



Course Results View

You can select the course and view results on specific units and/or assessments



Payments

This page shows you information regarding your tuition fees, due dates, overdue, and miscellaneous payments.


   




Timetable

This tab shows your timetable for the day and/or week with information regarding your class.




General Notices

This tab contains notices regarding News, Events & Reminders



College Details

This tab contains the Education Provider details.



Students can directly contact the Education Provider via email or phone from or locate the address.


Course Search

Users can search for various courses offered by the Education Provider.



Users can search for the available Campuses for a Course offered by the Education Provider.



Users can search for the available Campus Venues for a Course offered by the Education Provider.



Communication

The Communication tab shows messages and warnings.

Communication can be sorted by received or sent.
