Offer SMS List feature allows Admissions team to get the list of the applications that are not converted to Enrolled Students. Here you can select the list of Applications based on the Offer stages (example "Offered"), and then select one or more applicants and then use the SMS template to send email in bulk.
This helps College to contact the pending applications and follow up.
To send Bulk Offer SMS, follow the instructions below:
- On your RTOManager, click Offers > Offer SMS List.
On the page, you can then select the list of offers based on selection criteria and then use the SMS template to send SMS in bulk
When the SMS is sent, the system records the communication in the Offer communication log for future references.
SMS Service activation must be done to use this feature in the platform.
