Overview
A request is based on a defined Process. When a Student submits an online form, which has been mapped with the Process, using the Process Template, the Requests are automatically created. Users will then use the Request to manage and track progress.
For example, once the Student submits an orientation online form, this is converted to a Request with a link to a PDF version of the online form.
The tasks under each request can be allocated to Users who will then manage those tasks and complete them.

Sort
Allows Users to click on the heading name, for columns displaying the Sort icon, to re-organise the grid in the order of the data in that column.
Clicking a heading name will alternatively order the grid data in ascending order and then in descending order.
Ascending means smallest to largest, or alphabetical.
Descending means largest to smallest, or reverse alphabetical.

| Client | This information is associated with Clients managed in the Client menu. This is a mandatory field. |
| Use Template | The Request will use a Template:
Only one option can be selected. |
| Process | This information is associated with Processes managed in the Process menu. This is a mandatory field. |
| Template | This field is only visible when the Use Template field is set to Yes. |
| Send Email | This field is only visible when the Use Template field is set to Yes. |
