Availability

Access to the Meshed vSure Integration is available for existing clients using either the Meshed Higher-Ed or Meshed RTOManager platforms. To enable this integration, clients must complete and sign the vSure Integration Agreement.

Access is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the relevant Meshed platform, as well as the Terms and Conditions specified in the vSure Integration Agreement. Clients will also need an ImmiAccount and must provide the necessary login credentials to facilitate access to their ImmiAccount for visa checks.

Security and Compliance

The vSure Integration incorporates robust security features and compliance measures to ensure the safe handling of sensitive visa and personal data.

vSure securely integrates with the Australian Department of Home Affairs' VEVO service for visa checks and undergoes regular security audits to stay protected against new threats.

Education providers also retain control over their ImmiAccount data access, ensuring compliance with data sharing agreements.

Tiers

The following tier options are available for monthly visa check limits. On the 1st day of each month, the visa check count resets, and unused visa checks do not carry over. There is no accumulation of unused visa checks from month to month.

Each tier comes with a fixed annual fee. An additional fee, billed monthly, applies for each visa check performed beyond the monthly limit.
