Overview
This page allows you to view a summary of the Student information and to edit the Student profile and other academic information.
Student Information displayed includes:

- Exit Course (if any)

- Emergency contact details
To manage student information, follow the instructions below:
Student profile
This section allows you to view Student profile information. To edit the Profile information information, click the Profile Action Icon.

Course
This section lists the Course(s) the Student has been enrolled for. You can also edit and delete Courses, enrol new Subjects. Further Course information can seen by clicking on the Course Action Icon on top of the Student Profile Summary page.

The following Action Icons are used to access further Course information from the Student Profile Summary page.
Course Progress
Displays the Course Progress Summary for the Student. This information can be exported in an Excel format.
Payment Summary
Opens the Student Payment Details section which provides an overview of Student payment details. These includes tuition fee, miscellaneous payments, etc.
Class Timetable
Displays the Timetable for the Student. This information can be exported in an Excel format.
Status History
Displays the Course Status History for the Student.
Academic Summary
Opens the Academic Summary section provides an overview of Student Academic Summary.
Checklist
Displays the Course Checklist for the Student.

Student Deferral
This section shows the Student deferral information. To edit the Deferral information information, click the Deferral Action Icon.

Latest Communication Log/Diary
This section allows you to view the student Latest communication Log/Diary. Information can be changes and updates made in the student's account.

This section allows you to view of student's current Course weekly timetable.

This section allows you to have a quick view of the student's current course academic summary.
Current Course Attendance Overview
This section allows you to have a quick overview of student current course Attendance.

| Note: Generally International Students are required to maintain 80% attendance rate to maintain their student visa status where College is following Attendance Progress Policy. Colleges are expected to report students who are falling behind the minimum expectation. To find out more about how to manage attendance, click here. |
Student Payment Details
This section allows you to have a quick overview of Student payment details. These includes tuition fee and other miscellaneous payments.

Emergency Contact Details
This section shows Emergency contact details of Student.

Academic Summary
This section allows you to have a quick overview of student's Academic summary.

| Note: Academic Summary gives a high level understanding of the student progress within the course. For example how many Units are enrolled and how many completed, course attendance and projected attendance and fees due (tuition and miscellaneous fees) |
