Question: How do you activate the Meshed Mobility Smartphone App on your Meshed Platform?

The Student Portal must be activated in your Meshed platform for students to access the Meshed Mobility Smartphone App. If the Student Portal is not yet activated, please contact our support team at support@meshedgroup.com.au.

Question: To use the Meshed Mobility App, first time Student users must register using what credentials supplied by the Education Provider?

The following information needs to be supplied to Students by the Education Provider:

Username - the username is assigned to the Student when their User Account is created. This is the same username a Student uses for the Meshed Platform Student Portal.

Password - the password is assigned to the Student when their User Account is created. This is the same password used for the Meshed Platform Student Portal. A Student can change their password using the Meshed Platform Student Portal.

Email Address - the email address recorded for the student in the Meshed Platform. A Student can change their email address using the Meshed Platform Student Portal.

Provider URL - the URL for the Education Providers Meshed Platform. e.g. https://provider.rtomanager.com.au or https://provider.meshedhe.com.au This is the same URL a Student uses for the Meshed Platform Student Portal.
