Overview

Publishing a Workflow enables Users to submit Forms to generate a Request and initiate the process. 

Draft (not published) Workflows are not available to Users.




Publish 

The Publish Icon is only enabled when the Request Template has been Mapped to an Online Form.

If the Request Template has been Mapped to an Online Form the Mapping Icon will be colored GREEN.

If a Workflow has been Published the Publish Icon will be colored GREEN.



Click the Publish Icon to display the Publish Workflow window.

No fields can be edited.


FIELD DESCRIPTIONS
Field
Description
Request Name

The name of the Request for the Workflow.


Process

The Process for the Workflow.

This information is associated with Processes managed in theProcess menu.


Request Template

The Request Template for the Workflow.

This information is associated with Process Templates managed in theProcess menu.


Client

The Client for the Workflow.

This information is associated with Clients managed in the Client menu.


Form

The Online Form Mapped for the Workflow.


Form Preview


  Displays the Mapped Online Form as a preview in a new Browser Tab.

Request Template Status

The Status of the Request Template for the Workflow:

  • Draft
  • Published


Form Status

The Status of the Mapped Online Form:

  • Approved
  • Unapproved


Form Preview

Displays the Mapped Online Form as a preview in a new Browser Tab.





Approve Form





Unpublish

Click the Publish Icon to display the Publish Workflow window.

No fields can be edited.





Form Mapping

A Request Template can be mapped with one Form.

Only an Approved Form can be Published with a Request Template.
