Field | Description |

| Template Name | The name of the Form Email Template. This is a mandatory field. |
| Email Subject | Subject text for the email. This is a mandatory field. |
| Email Content | Content text for the email The character combination of '#:' is reserved for parameters and if the content text contains this character combination the email will not send. Different parameters can be used in the content text which will be replaced by the value automatically when sending the email. |
