The Form Templates are listed as rows in a grid.

The grid displays the following data columns:

The right most column contains the Action Icons that are used to perform various functions for each Form Template.

The name of the Form Template.

Form Template names must be unique.

This is a mandatory field.

Opens the Form Template in the Edit mode.
