SMS functionality adds significant value to a business.

In conjunction with MessageMedia, the Meshed Platform can offer an integrated SMS function that is cheaper than traditional mail, has higher open rates than email, and ensures high engagement. 

This is an Optional Module.

Some examples of SMS communication are:

• Welcome to student with date reminders
• Remind student to submit assignments
• Encouragement messages during exam week
• Notification that exam results are posted online
• Reminder to student that a fee payment is due
• Reminder to student that a fee payment is overdue
• Reminder to agent that a payment has not been made
• Thank a student for paying a fee

SMS content is also tracked and recorded as notes in the Meshed Platform.
