Enhancements done in release 17/12/2023 are listed below:

Main Feature	Enhancement Details
Report	ASQA: ASQA Enrolment and Completion Data Update 1: The "Unit Completion Date (if applicable)” column has been updated to display the "Unit Competency Date" date value has been added under Student Unit Results. If the "Unit Competency Date" is empty, then unit "Activity finish date" is displayed as the “Unit Completion Date (if applicable)”. Previously, “Activity finish date” was displayed as the “Unit Competency Date” in both conditions. Update 2: For the subject unit, if the AVETMISS Report checkbox is not ticked, those units will not be displayed in the report. Previously, the report used to display student enrolment data for non-reportable units as well.
Report	Student: View list of students with VET course specialisation This new report is added to the Category: Student Services to generate the list of VET Course students, who are assigned with Course Specialisation if their course start date falls within the duration of the selected from date and to date. The report also generates all the Specialisation name assigned to the student.
Report	Student: View list of students with VET course specialisation and completion status This new report is added to the Category: Student Services. The report generates the list of VET students who are assigned with Course Specialisation if their course start date falls within the duration of the selected from date and to date. Additionally, for each student that is assigned with Specialisation, the report displays: Subjects associated with the Specialisation Subjects from the specialisation that the student has completed Subjects from the specialisation that the student has not completed Specialisation status as Yes or No. If student has completed all the specialisation subjects, the specialisation is considered as completed, if not, the Specialisation is considered as not completed.
Compliance	Codes and descriptions for fields used for SVTS AVETMISS reporting are updated as per the reporting guidelines for 2024. This is only applicable for clients with VET courses in Victorian locations. Commencing Program Cohort Identifier codes has been updated for Student course and Fee Waiver Type ID has been updated for Student Unit Activity as per the VICTORIAN VET STUDENT STATISTICAL COLLECTION GUIDELINES – 2024 V1.0
Student	In the Student Course, under the Student Profile Summary, Agent’s account manager will be displayed alongside the Agent’s name if Account manager has been assigned to the Agent. If Account manager is not assigned to the Agent, then only the Agent name is displayed.
