Preview file options added to the view Agent document, mirroring the functionality already available to students.

Application

For students classified as Overseas (Offshore), the system can be updated to make the Passport Number and Passport Expiry Date fields optional upon request. This adjustment would apply across applications, offers, and student records in all portals. Please note that both fields must be toggled together and cannot be made non-mandatory individually.
