Manage Agent Agreement

Introduction
The Meshed Platform supports Education Providers generating Agent specific documents, for example an Agency Agreement, using a template (docx format). The template can contain Meshed Platform specific parameters to include dynamic text in the generated document. Agent specific document (word and pdf) can be generated using this feature. All documents generated using this feature will be stored within the specified agent’s document upload page.
The Meshed Platform enables Education Providers to generate agent-specific documents, such as Agency Agreements, using customizable templates in DOCX format. These templates can include Meshed Platform-specific parameters, allowing for the dynamic insertion of agent-related information into the generated documents.
With this feature, Education Providers can generate Word (DOCX) and PDF documents tailored to individual agents. All documents created using this functionality are automatically stored within the designated agent’s Document Upload section for easy access and record-keeping.
Agent agreement feature is available in the Meshed Platform under:
Marketing > Agent Agreement
Document Template
To create an Agent document a .docx template is required. A template for each Agent document is created using MSWord.
The template can contain the following parameters to include dynamic text in the Agent document generated.

The templates (docx format) are uploaded into the Meshed Platform

Actions Available in Manage Agent Agreement
1. Generate Agency Agreement Document
The Generate Agency Agreement Document feature allows users to download agent agreement documents in Word (DOCX) format using the predefined template available in the Manage College Materials section.
Upon generation, the document is automatically stored in the agent’s Document Upload page within the folder created at the instant of document generation named: “GeneratedDocX”.
To generate the word document:
Click on Generate Agency Agreement Document
Select an option from the list of templates
Click on Generate Now
2. Generate Agency Agreement Document in PDF
Users can download agent agreement documents in PDF format directly by clicking on Generate Agency Agreement Document in PDF. Here too, upon generation, the document is automatically stored in the agent’s Document Upload page inside the folder named: “GeneratedDocXPDF”.
To generate the pdf document:
Click on Generate Agency Agreement Document in PDF
Select an option from the list of templates
Click on Generate Now
3. View/Upload/Download the selected agent document
All agent agreement documents generated using the feature gets automatically saved inside the View/Upload/Download the selected agent document page.
Before agent agreement documents are downloaded:
After agent agreement documents are downloaded: Folders are automatically created.
And each generated file is stored in the respective file path:

4. View agent communication log
This action allows staff to view all Agent Communication log
5. Send Email to Agent
This action allows staff to send email to a selected Agent
