Compliance

 Updated the funding source codes for the state funding source identifiers list for TASMANIA state for student unit enrolments as per the AVETMISS reporting requirements for the state.

Compliance

As per the SVTS reporting guidelines for AVETMISS reporting, the 5-step application process in the system is enhanced. A new question to collect information on student's commencing program cohort identifiers is added in application step-3. The new question will appear when the student is applying for a VET course having a Victorian Delivery location with a course start date of 2023 or onwards. The applicant will be able to select from the provided values which will then reflect on the offer management, edit application, and the student course page. The value for the commencing program cohort identifiers will be reported under NAT00120.
